Research interests


Χειρουργική, παθολογία και μαιευτική των ίππων, όνων και ημιόνων, λοιμώδη και παρασιτικά νοσήματα καθώς και οι αρχές εκτροφής ζώων των ανωτέρω ειδών. Κλινική κτηνιατρική πράξη ιπποειδών, με έμφαση στην ατομική κτηνιατρική.

 

Curriculum vitae


Panagiota Tyrnenopoulou is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Thessaly since January 2021. She was born in 1988, in Kozani. She is a graduate of the Veterinary School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and holds a doctorate at Equine Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Veterinary Science of the same University. She is the author and co-author of 11 scientific publications, with over 36 references and a total h-index of 3. She has participated in more than 30 oral and poster announcements at national and international scientific conferences. She is a reviewer in 2 scientific journals. She is an FEI vet since 2016 and used to work in an equine clinic in Essex, United Kingdom.
