Curriculum vitae
Panos Xenoulis graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2003. In 2004 he started a Dr.med.vet. thesis at the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Texas A&M University (College Station, Texas) in collaboration with the Ludwig-Maximilian Universitat in Munich, Germany, which was completed in 2008. The same year he started a PhD at Texas A&M University, which was completed in 2011.
He is the only veterinarian in Greece that has completed a formal residency at the European College of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (2020-2023) at the Freie Universität Berlin. European College of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (2020-2023) στο Freie Universität Berlin.
He has authored or co-authored more than 75 scientific journal publications, 30 conference proceedings and 90 scientific abstracts. He has written more than 35 book chapters. He has presented in more than 50 scientific events in the USA, South America, many European countries, and Greece. He is a reviewer for scientific journals since 2007, and he is a member of the editorial board of the journals Veterinary Journal and Pets.
He has supervised or is supervising five doctoral theses and has participated or is participating as a member of the advisory committee for another four. He reviews scientific papers for international scientific journals and is a member of the editorial board of the veterinary journals The Veterinary Journal and Pets.
He is a member of the Clinic of Medicine of the Faculty of Veterinary Science of the University of Thessaly since 2013, and he is now Professor of the same Faculty.
