Veterinary Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Epidemiology of infectious and parasitic diseases of, Epidemiology of diseases of production and companion animals, Study of the epidemiology and risk factors of claw lesions, lameness, urinary tract infections, longevity and welfare in sows, Survival analysis, Multivariable and multilevel modeling of risk factors of infectious and non infectious diseases of animals, Analysis of longitudinal data, Application of two-part models in the analysis of veterinary data, Factor and principal component analysis

 

Curriculum vitae

Vassilis Skampardonis is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Science of the University of Thessaly since June 2022. He was born in Katerini, in 1980. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Science of the University of Thessaly and possesses a doctorate degree from the same institute. He is the author and co-author of 22 scientific publications, with over 150 references and a total h-index of 7. He participated in more than 25 oral and poster presentations in national and international scientific conferences. He is a reviewer in 8 scientific journals.
